The veterinarians and staff at Bay East Animal Hospital provide a variety of special services, including the following:- Preventative health examinations

The Bay East Animal Hospital team pledges to act as advocates of the Human Animal Bond by dedicating ourselves to practicing high quality medicine, providing comfort and compassion for our patients, education and support for our clients and treat both as family.
We also welcome tours of the hospital for individual pet owners or for groups such as 4-H, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, or service groups.
Our Fees
We make every effort to ensure that all our fees are fair and
reasonable, and you are encouraged to discuss charges before services
are rendered. We will provide a written estimate upon your request,
and no diagnostics or treatments will be done without your consent.
For your convenience, we accept cash, check, Mastercard or Visa.
Payment is always expected at the time services are rendered.
Our Standards
We have voluntarily complied with the high standards of the American
Animal Hospital Association and have qualified as an AAHA Member
Hospital with a 4 yr. accreditation (the highest possible). These
standards apply to our facilities, equipment, practice standards
and management. Evidence of compliance is through periodic inspection
and examination by AAHA field representatives.
Our Facilities
Our clients are most familiar with the clean and comfortable reception
area and exam rooms. Also, our hospital includes up-to-date surgical
facilities and provides modern anesthetic techniques with isoflourane
anesthetic. Our doctors perform a wide variety of orthopedic, soft tissue,
and elective surgeries. In addition, our in-house laboratory facilities
include serum chemistry, hematology, serology, and parasite-testing
capabilites. When necessary, we use university and veterinary laboratories
for specialized diagnostics. We also have X-ray capabilities for
radiographic diagnosis, electrocardiograms (ECG's), and blood pressure
monitoring.
